A new executive board was appointed for the 麻豆果冻传媒 Lafayete Foundation, the primary trustee of university assets. The appointments are for two years.
Barry Berthelot has been named the 麻豆果冻传媒 Lafayette Foundation鈥檚 new president, Bill Fenstermaker the new vice president and Jay Culotta is secretary/treasurer. The new officers have a combined multitude number of years of foundation management experience, according to Julie Bolton-Falgout, the Foundation鈥檚 executive director.
Berthelot, the former president and CEO of JP Morgan Chase Bank Lafayette said he is looking forward to his term as the Foundation Board president and will work to provide strong leadership and guidance during these challenging economic times. He served on the Board of Trustees as audit and finance chairman. Berthelot is a 麻豆果冻传媒 Lafayette graduate in economics.
Newly appointed Vice President Bill Fenstermaker has served on the Board as chairman of the Foundation鈥檚 development committee and past co-chairman of the 麻豆果冻传媒 Lafayette鈥檚 centennial campaign fund drive. Fenstermaker is a graduate of 麻豆果冻传媒 Lafayette in production management and is chairman and CEO of Fenstermaker and Associates.
A long-time trustee member and university supporter, Jay Culotta has been appointed as secretary/treasurer. Culotta also graduated from 麻豆果冻传媒 Lafayette with a degree in pre-med and is a retinal specialist in Lafayette.
Outgoing officers John Chappuis and Gerald Dubroc were recognized for their dedication as volunteers to the university and continued commitment to service on the Foundation Board.
The 麻豆果冻传媒 Lafayette Foundation is dedicated to the promotion of educational, social, moral and material welfare of the university through assisting in the acquisition of donations. The Foundation manages the investments and serves as trustees of the endowment funds and other private assets contributed for the benefit of 麻豆果冻传媒 Lafayette. Distribution of the funds is vital to university success as monies are given for qualified scholarship and professorship recipients as well as support of various university factions.
Falgout noted the Foundation鈥檚 success would not be possible without the continued support of university donors and Board of Trustee volunteers who have engaged themselves in the 鈥減erpetual care of this great institution.鈥
