The Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Ragin’ Cajuns announced activities for the 2014 R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl.
Fans are invited to first send off the football team from Lafayette on Tuesday.
Cajun Walk: Official Send-Off

Ragin’ Cajuns football team leaves for New Orleans Bowl with Cajun Walk at 11:45 a.m. Enjoy lunch options from local food trucks and send off the team – Cajuns style!
Steve Peloquin will host his Sports Radio ESPN 1420 show on the second floor of the New Orleans Marriott, 555 Canal St., from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., Dec 17-19. Fans are welcome to attend.

The Pride of Acadiana Marching Band will lead fans along Bourbon Street in second line fashion. Fans are encouraged to bring Mardi Gras beads to throw while walking the parade route. Some beads will be provided by the Lafayette Convention and Visitors Commission.
Ragin' Cajuns Fan Fest

This reception in the Grand Ballroom will be open to all Ragin’ Cajuns fans, with live music provided by Geno Delafose and French Rockin’ Boogie. A cash bar will be available. A graduation ceremony will be held for senior football student-athletes and support staff.
New Orleans Bowl Friday Night Concert

There will be live music. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from a variety of vendors at Champions Square for this free concert featuring Kool and the Gang and Cheap Trick.
