Leadership Studies

You should minor in leadership studies if:

Minoring in leadership studies is your first step to becoming a leader in your career. You will focus on learning to effectively communicate as a leader and how to be an ethical leader in any industry. 

A minor in leadership studies allows a lot of customization so you can find the perfect path for your leadership style. Take classes in public speaking, communication, management, critical thinking, or psychology to help you become the leader you want to be.

We offer countless opportunities to develop your leadership skills in the classroom and beyond, including through many student organizations, conferences, and training programs with the Office of Student Engagement and Leadership.
